Position Description
Applicant would be responsible for servicing WCPG clients across all divisions — non-profit consulting, corporate
consulting, and talent impact consulting. Applicant would be responsible for supporting WCPG executives with
client needs including strategy, planning activation, sponsorship needs, fundraising and generating new business
prospects.

Major Responsibilities
•Work with WCPG executives to help service clients as needed.

•Put together research, target lists, and marketing materials

•Manage day to day needs of WCPG clients including strategy and research, partnership outreach and
concept development

•Help create and implement fund development campaigns for charities, which include fundraising events,
speaking engagements, cause products, and digital campaigns

•Help WCPG manage corporate clients regarding CSR strategy and partnerships with charities.

•Help clients with outreach and general awareness of their initiatives and sponsorship opportunities, where
available.

Required Experience & Knowledge
•Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to work quickly

•Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and execute events

•Ability to think creatively and manage effort

•Development and fundraising experience strongly preferred

•Experience in managing and growing client relationships, as well as managing and working with outside
agencies

•Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

•Ability to work independently

•Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience
