The Role:

The Senior Manager, CRM will plan and execute Vestiaire Collective’s CRM & Promotion Calendar for the US Market, with the objective of driving engagement, retention and revenue across Buyers and Sellers.


*This role will be based in our Manhattan, NY office. Our teams currently are in the office 4 days a week (Wednesday work from home day). Each month you can choose 3 additional days to work from home.


What you’ll do:

Coordinate with our US Commercial, Supply, Merchandising & Marketing teams to own and build weekly/monthly calendars. Adjust calendar in month as needed to react to current business trends.
Plan local regional CRM calendar, onsite and promotion cadence. Calendar includes proposing voucher/promotions while working with our Commercial team to make sure all promotions stay within budget/scope. Also responsible for ensuring relevant connection with onsite experience
Recommend & launch customer segmentation strategy based on overall business objectives.
Coordinate with global teams on their calendars for input and best practices and ensure alignment, while having ownership of the US calendar. Advise global teams on relevant US communications and touchpoints.
Help the business meet its revenue targets through proactive management of the CRM program
Manage, lead, and mentor your team, being responsible for their growth & development at Vestiaire Collective
Help conduct research across the secondhand and wider fashion industry to gather insights and best practices for content onsite, in-app and beyond, especially with community, resale, fashion, and sustainability in mind
Develop, implement & advise on the email & push strategy that encompasses newsletters, mobile push, automated programs to drive awareness, engagement, retention and lifetime value for prospects & customers (both buyers & sellers)
Monitor, analyze & report on the performance of onsite, email & push campaigns against business objectives; reporting back with a focus on actionable insights
Work with the CRM Strategy team across Buyers and Sellers to develop automated programs that maximizes the ROI of campaigns, improves RFM metrics and increases the LTV across Buyers & Sellers

Who you are

5+ years of experience working in eCommerce CRM and Promotion Planning
Experience working in fashion, luxury, resale, apparel or accessories categories
You will demonstrate customer empathy and understand the Buyer & Seller mindset; ensuring that our email campaigns deliver against expectation
Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures within a growth organization
Understanding pre-owned luxury fashion is a plus
Have an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Have the ability to roll-up sleeves and lead by example at both strategic and tactical levels
Be fluent in Email & CRM technology and have shown the ability to implement and manage a CRM calendar
You have an excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
You enjoy working autonomously and being proactive
You are familiar with business and marketing performance measurements and KPIs

The expected salary range for this is $120,000-$160,000 plus a 10% bonus, benefits and RSUs.
